Pricing: 20,- Euro per copy (Ltd. First Edition CD) or 60,- Euro per copy (Ltd. First Edition vinyl, strictly limited to 100 copies only worldwide) plus shipping, packaging & handling fee for orders from Germany: 5,- Euro per item shipped, DHL package).

International orders: For international orders, depending on your location and the delivery destination prices for shipping can vary significantly and can also depend on the number of items (because of package weight). Once an international order has been placed we will discuss your preferred shipping modality with you (we usually use DHL). Should shipping and handling costs change within short notice, or if other additional costs such as customs for international deliveries apply, we will be in contact with you in order to discuss options. Please be aware that shipping can vary significantly and can sometimes be changed short notice by the respective shipping companies, and that sometimes some destinations might not be available.

Ordering process: Please send your order request (incl. number of CD's / Vinyl copies full delivery address) via email to contact@progressivesouls.net with the subject line "TPSC new album order".

Payment & shipping: Detailed payment information will me emailed to you (PayPal) once your order has been received. Your order will be shipped once your payment has been received in total. A tracking number can be provided.

Expected delivery date (physical album copies CD & vinyl): March 15th 2024 for CD orders and April 26th 2024 for vinyl orders. If CD & vinyl orders are supposed to be sent together in one package the expected delivery date for vinyl orders will apply. As an alternative, combined CD and vinyl orders can be split and shipped separately with additional costs for shipping. From the time of sending, please allow 3-5 business days (Germany), and usually 10-12 business days are needed for international orders. 

Returns policy: Only undamaged items can be returned and if they are originally sealed up to 15 days after having received the items. Lost or damaged items will not be reimbursed. The shipping costs for returning items  are to be covered by the customer. The refund will be paid via PayPal once the undamaged and originally sealed items have been received.
